Meet our leaders

Rami Cassis is an international growth investor and entrepreneur, having conducted business transactions globally in well over 30 countries. He is the CEO of Parabellum Investments, the family office he founded, which owns a portfolio of companies covering sectors including business services, financial technology, and life sciences.

Rami is a hands-on international growth investor specialising in lower and mid-market companies. Through Parabellum Investments, Rami’s other investments, in addition to MajorKey, include automation firm, Parseq; pharmaceutical serialization specialist, advanco; fintech firm, ieDigital; and risk management solutions firm, Razor Risk. He is Chairman at each of these companies.

Rami began his career with Schlumberger, holding senior positions including Director of Engineering Operations, Middle East & Asia Pacific, and General Manager, West & Central Africa. He then moved into a consulting career, originally with KPMG before returning to line management with Atos, where he was Managing Director of BPO/ITO for the firm in the UK.

Rami holds degrees in Aerospace Engineering and Pure and Applied Mathematics, both gained at the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia, where he was also awarded the university medal for the best undergraduate engineering thesis.

Michael is a highly accomplished sales and business development leader. He directs all aspects of the company’s go-to-market strategy, having spent the majority of his 20-year career with MajorKey. Michael leads a professional and growing international sales and marketing organization focused on delivering long-term value to clients. He maintains close relationships with all of the company’s technology partners, holding deep technical knowledge to ensure that clients benefit from the very latest innovations. Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in growing MajorKey to its position today as a market leader in enterprise operations and digital transformation.

Paul is a detail-oriented, analytical, driven CFO regarded for leadership and excellence in all areas of finance. As CFO, he oversees all aspects of the company’s accounting, financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Paul has been with the company throughout his career and has held multiple senior finance positions within MajorKey. He holds a Master’s in Accounting, with undergraduate degrees in Finance and Economics.

Serving as legal counsel, Haya is an accomplished deal maker and trusted advisor responsible for the legal, corporate governance, enterprise risk management, ethics, and compliance functions of MajorKey.  Haya was most recently recognized as a “2021 Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch” and has received the “Touro Service Award,” was named to the Daily Record’s “Twenty in their Twenties” list and was chosen as a “Forward 50.” Prior to joining MajorKey, she was a member of the M&A team of a leading law firm. She is a team builder, trusted business partner to our sales team, and growth supporter to MajorKey.

An experienced cybersecurity expert, Grant is responsible for aligning client needs with MajorKey's overall business strategy. He leads our sales and advisory services to help clients evolve their information security strategies and solutions in ways that align with their business objectives. Prior to his current role, Grant was the owner of Legion Star, a cybersecurity consultancy providing advisory, integration, and managed services through IAM, application deployment and security, cloud security, and data security and governance solutions.  

Grishma has over ten years of experience as a Human Resources professional. She is a strategic and innovative HR leader with a proven track record of translating business vision into pragmatic HR initiatives that improve performance and drive growth. In her role at MajorKey, she supports the leadership team in employee engagement, and believes passionately that the company’s people are its greatest asset. Throughout her career, Grishma has played a key role in the HR aspects of M&A, and is experienced in the integration of acquired companies. She joined MajorKey in 2020 from accountancy firm Mueller & Co.

Eric is a seasoned marketing executive in the technology and consulting industry with over 15 years of experience. He leads the company’s marketing and business development practices with a client-centric and data-driven approach to uncovering new opportunities. Eric and his team work across departments to align business objectives with sales, delivery, and marketing to promote MajorKey's value in multiple channels. Prior to MajorKey, he managed several marketing teams in IT and consulted with retail, insurance, and several start-up businesses.
