Our client, a world leader in dental instrument manufacturing, created an online community for their customers.
Our client created an online community for their customers to connect with peers, share information and gain education credit, but required assistance with their SSO solution.
The MajorKey team recommended Okta as an SSO solution to gain access to their online community of customers and dental practitioners and planned to create two additional communities, one of which is by invitation only.
MajorKey came up with a proposal that was highly scalable with no restrictions on the number of communities using Okta’s APIs. We also recommended upgrading the User Experience (UX) of the web pages and making them mobile and tablet friendly.
In Conclusion
The client’s online community was fully integrated in Okta and MajorKey created the two additional communities with scalability and no restrictions.
